It does make you wonder why President Trump suddenly wants to put it to rest and move on? Was a time he said it would all be out on the table. Why the sudden change of heart?
Possibly someone very close to him is complicit in Epstein’s activities (in a not-so-good-way) and he is protecting him…
Does anyone believe that the Democratic Party would leave Trump alone if they had this or any other evil thing against him?
Agreed Mary. Whatever reason Trump wants to move on from Epstein for, it likely has nothing to do with him. The Puppetmaster administration was attempting to jail him for the rest of his life. They wouldn’t have hesitated to use Epstein against him if they could have.
Ezabelle, that could be, but it still doesn’t make it look better. Using his power to shut down further investigation because a friend might get in trouble for doing terrible things is still him using his power to shut down the cause of justice.
Dave – I agree. I don’t think he should be burying the Epstein issue for any reason and the truth should come out at all costs. However, I think in his mind, he has possibly decided that releasing information may jeopardise a current diplomatic relationship that is critical and the outcome is either not good or not worth it. I have a feeling it has to do with Israel…
