Go here to read the story. I assume their intentions are good, but honors by a church that Saint Thomas More died rather than bow to, is such a misunderstanding  of what Saint Thomas More was about as to boggle the mind.

Thomas More daughter, Margaret Roper took the head of her father off the post and saved More’s head until she died. It is very possible that More’s head is not in his tomb.

If they wish to honor the man, they would do better to commission a statue.
For what I have ever seen, …displaying someone’s head after they have been executed has more often been a threat than an honor.
