It’s 6:32 PM in Tehran, so night will be falling in about two and a half hours. This is after the mad mullahs announced there would be no negotiations so long as they were under attack by Israel. Bad answer. When Trump gives you a window to negotiate the time to sit down with him is immediately.
Update 1: (6:20 PM CT)- Reports of explosions at the subterranean Fordow nuclear installation 60 miles south of Tehran. A ground assault appears to be underway.

B) If I wanted to rattle the sabre, I would launch such a flight and make it known I did.
My understanding is that Iran’s uranium enrichment facility ais located in hardened underground bunkers, and massive convetional ordnance is required to burst through to destroy it, and only certain bombers like the B-2 are capable of handling such bombs. Unless the enrichment facility is destroyed, Iran will march forward to a fission bomb. And Israel lacks the bombers needed to carry such ordnance. However, if the US makes such a strike, then the Iranians will retaliate against US interests anywhere in the world. I should not play at being an armchair general, but frankly, I think that decapitation (speaking figuratively) of all of Iran’s leadership is required. The world should consider this as delayed payback for the Iranian hostage crisis of 1979.

Disturbing. Two hopes if anything happens: (1) that Iran will lack the means to retaliate and (2) that China will not retaliate on their behalf.
China is for China only, a policy they have observed since the beyond belief losses we inflicted on their ‘volunteers” in the Korean War.
