Sick. 13 years old girls are at a vulnerable age. This is appalling. God Bless that mother her reaction was much more civil than mine would be. I would be insisting that the administrators lead by example and change in front of their male colleagues and see how what it feels like.

“ Plus “education” is chock full of “administrators” who spend their time as political enforcers of Leftism.”

Think it’s because leftists have almost a complete lock on the higher education systems for teachers and administrators. You must pay them for the their degree in Marxism or you can’t teach nor “administrate”.

God help the principal or school teacher who would dare do this to my granddaughter. Numbers 25:6-9. 1st Maccabees 2:23-26. I shall NOT tolerate my granddaughters being humiliated by such godless sexual deviancy and perversion. It’s high time we all stop these Democrats.

One step to ending this is to limit federal provision financing of primary and secondary education to niche clientele (the children of civilian federal employees posted abroad, military dependents, residents of the low census insular dependencies, reservation Indians, and the children of people in itinerant occupations) while limiting federal finance of tertiary schooling to those niches, to veterans, to ROTC, and to staff development programs for federal employees. In the course of that, you shut down the federal Department of Education and gut the regulatory authority of any successor agencies. You have in local schools cretins like these who wish to do vicious and perverse things; they need the excuse that failure to do those things means forfeiting federal aid. The strings attending such aid are set by termites in the federal Department of Education who are unaccountable to local public opinion. That, IMO, is the best explanation as to why there is such a thing as federal aid to education.

They have that ‘lock’ because Republican state legislators do nothing about it. Step one would be legislation closing the extant state teachers’ colleges, putting their faculty out on the street, and debarring agents of NCATE from setting foot on state campuses.

The first step to end this is to expose it. This garbage will not end overnight. It is a sign of a culture in decay, one that rejects Christ, and proves Chesterton right in his quote, which I paraphrase, that one will believe anything if one rejects Christ.

Tim Pool makes You Tube videos constantly…one recent video showed a marked drop in approval of gay marriage. The alphabet crowd started this perversion and normal people have had enough.

The pushback against transgenderism, illegal immigration, government waste and foreign countries dumping their raw materials and finished goods in the US while putting tariffs and trade restrictions on the US and expecting the US to pay for their defense is here. Those for the status quo will scream at the clouds…it is all they can do.

Seems to me this demonstrates need to eliminate the Federal Dept of Education and also that for each State. Return control of education to local school boards. Let parents decide what their children should learn. Title IX “equality” has mostly been a euphemism for option to discriminate by sex against men. Such idiocy laid the foundation for this nonsense.
We also need to undo federal funding for college. Keep the service academies, yet eliminate ROTC, Pell Grants, Stafford and Perkins loans, and all GI Bill. These had the best intent, yet give schools ability to teach as they will with impunity. Such will only be changed when students must seriously consider how they will pay for their schooling afterward.

These adult women should be charged with some version of committing a sex crime against these young girls. Forcing underage females to strip in front of males or forcing the girls to watch young males strip in front of them has got to be considered a sex crime. The parents should press charges. This is SICK!

IMO, the role of the state board of regents should be (given spare instructions in statutory law) to compose occupational licensing examinations, school examinations, and civil service examinations and have proctors on call to administer them. They can then produce league tables which will report the performance of various schools in discrete subjects. The state legislature can enact the enabling legislation for school districts and consortia of districts. Off to the side, you have a state ombudsman whose bureaux include mediators and arbitrators who can be deployed if a parent wishes to contest a disciplinary decision by a public school.
==
Posit the state legislature appropriates a general grant which is distributed to each foundational school district according to a formula wherein distributions to a given district are positively correlated with population and the ratio of youth population to the remainder while inversely correlated with per capita income. These grants are then supplemented with the district’s property tax revenue and (uncoerced) fee-for-service income, with districts encompassing slum property also allowed income from a value added tax. Consortial districts might be financed by a per capita levy on member districts to cover fixed costs and a capitation charge on the home district for each youth in the district enrolled in a given consortial program in order to cover variable costs.
==
Local school boards would be responsible for the district budget, for a disciplinary manual for the student body, for a disciplinary manual for employees, for a policy manual for the district (which includes which of the subjects covered by state regents’ examinations will be taught in the district), and for selecting the superintendent and the principals.
==
Superintendents would be responsible for budget preparation, facilities planning, the motor pool, the comptroller corps, the corps of personnel officers, itinerant employees, liaison with sheriff’s departments and consortial districts, and commissioning performance audits of particular schools.
==
Every school would have a principal . Some functions would be performed by specialized in-house staff or by itinerant employees in lieu of that (systems administration, dietary, custodianship, nursing). Some would be performed by general office staff with varying degrees of articulation (reception, registration, secretarial work, budget preparation, payments and purchasing). The principal might perform the functions of dean and provost or might have one or two others on salary to perform them. Ultimately, disciplinary decisions in re students would rest with the principal, perhaps delegated to the dean; these might be contested in front of a mediator or arbitrator, but not in front of the superintendent or board.
==
Parents wishing to opt out would be responsible for their own children’s transportation. Those seeking to homeschool or to make use of tuition-funded private schools could apply for a partial rebate of their property taxes. Those wishing to make use of a voucher-funded (thus tuition free) private school could apply for a voucher from the district (with a given redemption value) which would then be supplemented by a capitation issued from a dedicated state fund. You might make it the default setting that school districts encompassing slum property just issue vouchers and not maintain brick-and-mortar schools.
==
Any school, public or private operates within a regulatory architecture, but are themselves expressive associations. It’s important students sit for regents examinations every year. The preparation students receive at the schools they attend will influence the school’s position on the league tables. Neither state agencies nor local superintendent’s offices should dictate curricular choices; available courses would be chosen by the school board and implementation would be the work of the principal. It would be required that disciplinary manuals be congruent with the state penal law and social services law. Otherwise, they’re composed by boards and implemented by principals. The same would apply in the private sector.
==
In the situation under discussion, the guilty officials might include the principal and the dean and that’s it. The parents could seek redress through state mediators and arbitrators. The board could also terminate the dean and / or principal.
