Word is He Will Still Be Going to the Big House For Four Years

MANHATTAN, NY — In another disgusting display of judicial activism, progressive judge Juan Merchan released a man convicted of 34 felonies right back onto the streets of New York.

Instead of handing out jail time, Merchan simply released the felon back into civil society, with no conditions whatsoever.

“The justice system is completely broken,” said local man Roger Timmons. “You can arrest all the criminals you want, but if liberal judges are going to just release felons right back out to the streets, what are we even doing? All of these Soros-funded judges and District Attorneys are completely ruining America.”

Despite calls from millions of Americans to jail the defendant in question, Judge Merchan simply let the perpetrator walk out of the door, no questions asked. “There were literally thousands of phone calls to the judge’s office pleading for him to put this criminal behind bars, but to no avail,” said legal aide Danielle Adair. “It is simply appalling to see how these activist judges are basically overruling the law and the will of the people.”

Trump was sentenced only because the Democrats wanted to be able to say that Republicans elected a convicted and sentenced felon into the White House. This is all about de-legitimatizing the Trump Presidency.

Agreed…however the turn-around will be self evident by ’28 and hopefully a powerful campaign testimony to be used by Vance if he’s the pick.
Even if that all goes perfect the blood thirsty zombie class will still call Trump Hitler.

Other people who were convicted felons: Ghadi, Nelson Mandela, Jesus Christ and although not convicted of a felony, Martin Luther King was arrested 29 times.

George Haberberger has put things into perspective. I would also add that Socrates was condemned to die by hemlock. Correct thinking people have always sought the imprisonment or execution of those whose words they could not accept or tolerate.

The law professoriate, prosecutors, the judiciary, the federal police, and the flag ranks in the military have been busily expunging any sense of deference the man in the street might feel inclined to give them. The milder manifestation of that would be juries who just assume FBI agents and prosecutors are lying and fabricating evidence. The more astringent manifestation would be this…
