News that I missed, courtesy of The Babylon Bee:
U.S. — With the voting results now pointing towards a seemingly inevitable Trump victory, President Biden has graciously called to concede the election.
“I gave it my all. I fought to the bitter end,” said President Biden. “You’ve got to admit when you’re beaten, and man do I love chocolate chips beaten into my ice cream. Whoa, baby.”
After spending the evening watching the returns come in, aides informed President Biden that he had only received 17 votes, mostly from people who hadn’t realized he had dropped out of the race. “Seventeen? That’s not bad for a kid from Scranton. Ha!” said Biden. “All the best to Trump. I told folks I was running and I would never drop out. I kept my word, and after losing by 80 million votes, I can hold my head up high.”
Go here to read the rest. Joe probably would have run marginally better than soon to be an historical footnote Kamala.
historical footnote Kamala.

Thanks be to God! A nasty woman who did nothing but fail upward being a prime example of what was the matter with a good part of our culture.
Mr. Joe.
Your Presidential Library is ready.
A dignified Corn Pop wing is dedicated to all of your heroic activity.
Your a hero to all of America by your help in defeating VP Harris. You’re crowning achievement, in my humble opinion.
Oh…
I am going to miss that beautiful unity that Das Führer brought to our nation. Weaponizing the FBI, the DOJ and the IRS.
What a sad day for the National Socialists of America, aka Democratic Party.
Philip-
You can’t miss him for another two months. He can do a lot of damage on the way out. So can his advisors (aka nursemaids) who pull the strings.
Poor Joe, he wanted the presidency so bad for so long he was willing to lie and cheat to get it, and when he did he was no longer healthy enough to enjoy it. I say this with genuine pity for him as a man, subject to the Judgement, like the rest of us. Hope his spouse at least brings him a priest in his final days.
Thank you, TBO, for reminding me that it’s best to take the high road. He truly is sick. One can bring condemnation upon oneself by partaking of the Blessed Sacrament in an unworthy manner. I have no idea of Joe’s private life within our Holy Church, but I kind of doubt that he would visit the confessional often, for if he did, with a contrite heart, he wouldn’t support the killing of the Innocents. God have mercy on his soul and mine.
This month we are reminded of the last four things. May we die in a state of grace. Joe too.
