An example of how former Trump enemies have become supporters this time around. The monthly views of her show, 116 million, exceed the monthly views of CBS News, NBC News, Sky News, BBC News and CNBC. She and Joe Rogan will give a lot of their viewers the impetus to go out and vote today and might be critical in a close election. (I listen to at least part of her show on most week nights, and she gives a good analysis, usually with wit, of the events of the passing scene.)

I waited in vain for my local ordinary to at least condemn the obviously sinful parts of a political platform. Naming names was not expected but a statement of moral principle was. Alas, the thin gruel that appeared in our diocesan paper look designed to justify the rejection of any pinpricks of conscience that might arise. By coincidence, I received in the mail a letter from his excellency requested my contribution to the Annual Bishop’s Collection.
