And a truly wise man. Trump picked a winner when he picked Vance. This nation will be fortunate if Vance is President of these United States one day.

In my experience, conservatives follow this principal. It’s liberals who have a hard time talking about anything without bringing in how wrong I am and how my politics are from the devil they don’t believe in…
“You’ve made a mistake discarding friends over politics…..”
Several of my neighbors are Democrats, and a dear co-worker is also. I get along with all of them very well, and they with me. We simply don’t discuss politics because we all know that we won’t agree with each other, and we would rather have our friendship than to get angry over politics.
However, there is an elderly man who has relied on his Filipina wife all his life for his income. He has bragged about being an engineer, but he can’t even get the HVAC and central heating fixed in his own home. He smoked most of his life till he got lung disaease, then he ate till he got obesity, diabetes and heart disease. He always lived off of other people, and the deterioration of his physical condition is because of what he had done to himself. Of course he is a Democrat because that’s the party of free handouts through social welfare. Now everything would be fine if he didn’t bring up politics every time he comes to the house (his wife is my wife’s friend). I have told him time and again that mine is a Republican household and we don’t wish to discuss the matter. But he has this fixation against Donald Trump that he will not surrender. And one time he slandered my wife (details don’t matter; suffice it to say he reviles everyone). Obviously he is no longer welcome into our home. Yes, he apologized, but to me, not her. Yes, I forgave him; but he is no longer welcome. I won’t stand for either the constant slanderous gossip (again, he has done that about other people as well) or the Democrat Party ideology. And yes, he is a Katholyck after the manner of Pope Francis.
If you’re Democrat, then keep your politics to yourself as I shall with you. There’s no sense in bringing up something that is going to cause animosity. Therefore, bring your opinion to the voting booth, not my home where it is unwelcome (as mine would be in your home – let’s be civilized and cordial). And if you want to put up a Harris-Walz sign on your lawn, then do so; it’s your property. I don’t need to look at your sign if I don’t want to; I’ll just turn my gaze away. But don’t complain about the Trump-Vance signs that other people erect on their lawns. And stop with the slanderous gossip and forcing your Democrat Party ideology into the ears of everyone else sick and tired of hearing you pontificate on how to run the country when you can’t even manage your own physical health. And yes, as a 66 year old diabetic cardiac patient who was an obese fat pig two years ago, but has dropped 45 lbs in weight and can now row 8 kilometers (5 miles) in 41 minutes and bench press 200+ lbs (all thanks to God giving me the strength), I have a right to say that.
Walz should be dishing out the same advice that Vance is giving. Be he probably won’t.
“Divide and Conquer”
When I worked for the Blue Cross plan in DC, I had two coworkers who would debate politics….but we all got along. The Democrat was an ex-nun. The Republican was a Southern Baptist. They would argue but it was all in fun.
Can’t do that anymore. I have two cousins who I do not talk to because of their insistence on shoving their social and political views down everyone’s throats.
Vance would make a helluva president. So would DeSantis.
