The feast day of Oct. 22 is for a man that defied communist oppression and led the people of God to Freedom in his beloved Poland.
Like him or not, He is a jewel in the crown of the King.
St. Pope John Paul II…..pray for us.
Well Monday 7th of October is the feast day of Our Lady of the Rosary. Ok. Good.
But let me tell you people, it was announced at the beginning of Mass today Sunday 6th of October as the celebration of world habitats.
*huh?*
I said to my husband under my breath as we were lining up for confession…”are we celebrating birds and squirrels and whatnot…?”
I don’t know if my husband wanted to tell me to be quiet or laugh. Or both.
The celebration of world habitats!????
Oh sure…
When the mother hamster is feeling stressed she will eat her newborns. The habitat could cause stress. Schooling, work issues, peer pressure, damp saw dust or broken run-wheels are just a few examples of stressful habitats for young pregnant hamsters or new mother hamsters.
Celebrating the world habitats is embracing all habitats in a spirit of friendship, love and acceptance. Especially acceptance.
After all, Hamsters are people too.🦧
Strange times Ezabelle.
