Go here to read the rest. For the Pope, apparently, being against mass immigration is on a par with supporting 850,000 abortions each year in this country, the Pope not mentioning, if he knows, the persecution of pro-lifers the current administration engages in. In the long history of the Church, PopeWatch doubts that the current pope will ever be described as the lesser of two evils.
PopeWatch: The Lesser of Two Evils
- Donald R. McClarey
Donald R. McClarey
Cradle Catholic. Active in the pro-life movement since 1973. Father of three, one in Heaven, and happily married for 43 years. Small town lawyer and amateur historian. Former president of the board of directors of the local crisis pregnancy center for a decade.
Of course the False Prophet is going to support and advocate for the Anti-Mary. This is what must happen.
““One must choose the lesser of two evils. Who is the lesser of two evils? That lady or that gentleman? I don’t know,” Francis told reporters while on the papal plane.”
Equivocation, for one reason and one reason only…. to excuse those who would support a candidate who passionately calls for abortion at birth and bring out the woke hobby horse of nations without borders.
“the Pope not mentioning, if he knows, the persecution of pro-lifers the current administration engages in”
Also not mentioning, if he knows or even cares, the hardships being inflicted on poor and vulnerable Americans, Brits, French, Germans, etc. due to uncontrolled mass migration from other countries. No “preferential option” for those poor, I guess.
Let your neighbors know that the rain hasn’t stopped in 33 days and nights now. The new Ark is Mary, and that there is enough room for all who believe in her Son. They just need to Trust.
Noah saw the evil of men’s hearts being on display and corruption multiplied. The Deceiver was having his way with the multitudes.
Our days are worse than Noah’s day.
If it wasn’t for Jesus and Mary the fire from the sky would of already swept away millions of earth’s inhabitants. Mercy still abounds!
Justice is days away.
Please introduce neighbors to Mary via The Miraculous Medal. In Ecclesiastes it is written that those who explain Mary to others will enjoy everlasting Life. The signs of corruption surround us. Fill your lamps and speak of Our Lady and her Legion who;
a.) Live the 10 Commandments.
b.) Give testimony on behalf of her Son, Jesus.
At the end of chapter 12 in the book of Revelation
the dragon did battle with Her Children. We are the children of Mary and we with her will be Victorious.
O Mary conceived without sin pray for us who have recourse to thee.
In respect to migration, there seems to always be lost the double sided nature of the duties involved.
On the part of a government, its one essential duty is to protect its people, which includes not only their physical safety but also their interests. A corollary of this is law and order which flows from this duty of protection. As such, any welcoming of the stranger (whatever that means in the modern nation state context, which is rarely defined…) is downstream from this primary duty. Thus, welcoming the stranger is secondary to that primary duty and should be ordered in light of that primary duty and the circumstances which affect its execution.
It is analogous to the home in which the husband’s primary duty is to his family. He might choose in charity and prudence to welcome a stranger in, but if he does so it has to be within the framework of that primary duty, and if it causes him to fail in his primary duty then he should not do it in that case.
It should also be noted that strangers can only be welcomed when they knock on the door and are welcomed to enter through that door. If a husband found strangers who entered through a window in the middle of the night, he not only should not welcome them but has a duty to remove them. Failing to do so is not charity to them and certainly not to his family, to whom he has a primary duty.
It seems to me that in the order of justice migrants also have a duty to the nation to which they emigrate. The baseline would be to not break its laws, but even further it seems they have a moral duty to assimilate to the host country and follow its customs as far as possible (excepting of course customs repugnant to natural and moral law). A further duty would seem to be to contribute as much as possible to the common good of that country which entails a host of things.
Unfortunately we have largely imbibed a mentality of entitlement that excludes any corollary of duty, which is why equivalencies get made between a prudential decision about immigration and an intrinsic evil like abortion .
—–In brotherly love;
Ecclesiasticus 24: 24-47
24I am the mother of fair love, and of fear, and of knowledge, and of holy hope.
25In me is all grace of the way and of the truth, in me is all hope of life and of virtue.
26Come over to me, all ye that desire me, and be filled with my fruits.
27For my spirit is sweet above honey, and my inheritance above honey and the honeycomb.
28My memory is unto everlasting generations.
29They that eat me, shall yet hunger: and they that drink me, shall yet thirst.
30He that hearkeneth to me, shall not be confounded: and they that work by me, shall not sin.
***31They that explain me shall have life everlasting.***
32All these things are the book of life, and the covenant of the most High, and the knowledge of truth.
33Moses commanded a law in the precepts of justices, and an inheritance to the house of Jacob, and the promises to Israel.
34He appointed to David his servant to raise up of him a most mighty king, and sitting on the throne of glory for ever.
35Who filleth up wisdom as the Phison, and as the Tigris in the days of the new fruits.
36Who maketh understanding to abound as the Euphrates, who multiplieth it as the Jordan in the time of harvest.
37Who sendeth knowledge as the light, and riseth up as Gehon in the time of the vintage.
38Who first hath perfect knowledge of her, and a weaker shall not search her out.
39For her thoughts are more vast than the sea, and her counsels more deep than the great ocean.
40I, wisdom, have poured out rivers.
41I, like a brook out of a river of a mighty water; I, like a channel of a river, and like an aqueduct, came out of paradise.
42I said: I will water my garden of plants, and I will water abundantly the fruits of my meadow.
43And behold my brook became a great river, and my river came near to a sea:
44For I make doctrine to shine forth to all as the morning light, and I will declare it afar off.
45I will penetrate to all the lower parts of the earth, and will behold all that sleep, and will enlighten all that hope in the Lord.
46I will yet pour out doctrine as prophecy, and will leave it to them that seek wisdom, and will not cease to instruct their offspring even to the holy age.
47See ye that I have not laboured myself only, but for all that seek out the truth.
On YouTube there is an interview with the Archbishop of the Diocese of Springfield Illinois. He make is very clear that deportation in not INTRINSICALLY evil, abortion is.

Where is the tent city in Vatican City plaza? According to what Francis preaches the plaza should be filled with migrants.
A sign seen on Hatteras Is, NC “I’m voting for the Felon. This election is too important”.
Were they choosing the Pope who was the lesser of two evils??? How come they Picked Francis???? Some messed up and now we have Pope Francis the mess everything up Pope on the throne of St. Peter! Heaven help us!
Why cant he stay out of it. How is he helping Catholic Americans? The devil is in the confusion…always vote Pro-life. That’s the litmus test of any candidate.
“On YouTube there is an interview with the Archbishop of the Diocese of Springfield Illinois. He make is very clear that deportation in not INTRINSICALLY evil, abortion is.”
That’s Bishop Thomas John Paprocki of Springfield, who has always provided refreshing clarity on issues like this. He states that voting for a third (write in or third party) candidate if one cannot, in good conscience, vote for either Trump or Harris is morally acceptable.
Some commenters object that voting for anyone but Trump is effectively a vote for Harris; however, (IMO) that would only be the case in swing states where a shift of only a few hundred or thousand votes could determine who wins the Electoral College. In a deep blue state like Illinois, which is already in the bag for the Dems and which Trump does not “need” in order to win, it is highly unlikely that a small minority of extremely conscientious Catholics who can’t bring themselves to vote for either Trump or Harris are going to determine who wins.
