PopeWatch: Peak Pope Francis

This brief statement is the very essence of Pope Francis.  Why?  Let us count the ways:

Lie-It begins with a lie.  Whose land Kimosabe? Francis is an Argentinian.  The lands he is referring to are in Europe and the US.  He is also the head of the Vatican State, a postage stamp realm in secular terms, and which, conveniently, has little room for illegal aliens.  He is not referring, in any sense, to his land.

Another Lie-It continues with a lie.  Most of the illegal aliens are young men.  They are not fleeing persecution.  They are looking for largesse from the welfare states of the West.

Moral blackmail-If you don’t agree with Pope Francis that the West should accept endless illegal aliens from the Third World, you just want people to die!

No care for the costs imposed on others.  Pope Francis is a big believer in doing what he perceives as good at the expense of others, consequences to them be damned, and if you complain, you are nothing but a bigot!

And with that PopeWatch will be Labor Day hiatus until September 3, 2024.

Of course, he first “accidentally” confuses migrants with refugees.Very rich elites also migrate.

Perhaps PF needs to have a look at Rotherham, England, where local cops are arresting and jailing by the dozens those who have the temerity to protest against years of unprosecuted assaults and rapes of English women by roving gangs of “asylum seekers.”

Yes, I do welcome immigrants – LEGAL immigrants. My wife is a legal immigrant. At great financial cost, we got her daughter and daughter’s husband over here from the Philippines. They lived with us for years. Now they have their own house and two little kids (and a dog) – the American dream. She makes more money than I do, and I’m a nuke! Again at great cost we rescued her Filipina niece from slave trafficking and fixed things for her to be a LEGAL immigrant. That was a nightmare! Now she’s married, has her own business, the American dream. And we’re in the process of getting my wife’s son and her husband and kids to immigrate and live with us. I’m selfish –> the intent is that as my wife and I age, they’ll take care of us. So frack you, you pompous ass of a Pope. Here’s the submarine sailor one finger salute.🖕 I am so infuriated.

It’s truly insidious when a religious leader lies & Gaslights the Faithful. It creates a stumbling block for many, causes many to loose faith and turn away in disgust. The higher the office the greater the damage. There is no higher office than the one Francis now occupies and he does this time and time again. If he were interested in destroying the Catholic Faith, he couldn’t be doing a better job.

Refugees are properly cared for in camps proximate to their country of origin, with a view to their repatriation. Resettlement should be exceptional and should be in culturally similar countries. The number of Syrians and Libyans knocking about outside of (1) Arab states and (2) Turkey should have been close to nil, whether they were refugees or not.

Note, a deportation order had been issued for the stabby fellow in Solingen two years ago. Instead of taking him to the air port and putting him on a plane back to Syria, German officialdom remonstrated with Bulgaria to take him. The Bulgarians eventually agreed, but he was never arrested and remanded there. This is all learned helplessness.

PopeWatch should enjoy his well-earned break. What are the chances that Pope Francesco will deliver a less-than-100%-honest-or-helpful remark between now and then? OK, the chances are astronomically high, but still, it’s a well-earned break!

Classic socialist move.

American bishops, even the “orthodox” ones, have been saying crap like this for decades. If they wanted to sue Pope Francis for plagiarism for this, they’d have an airtight case.

I wonder what he would say to the residents of the apartment complex in Aurora, Colorado, that has been literally taken over at gunpoint by a Venezeulan gang (Gov. Polis insists this is just “imagination” although the mayor and residents of the complex have videos and other evidence to prove their point), or the parents of the school kids in San Diego that had “migrants” trying to halt or board their school buses.
