Plus everyone knows Trump, and almost no one is neutral about him, and he has already been president. Spending advertising money in regard to Trump is a waste of time. I think Trump will used a fair amount of his cash on down ballot races. He wants a Republican Congress.

On the bright side for Biden, he can stop worrying about Wisconsin. As expected, the newly leftist Supreme Court reinstated the illegal remote unmonitored drop boxes from 2020, so unless Trump manages to win the actual vote by double digits, you can pretty much take the state out of play.
The Democrats are charming in their assumption that only they will cheat. I do not encourage it, but there is rarely a contest which is repeated over years in which only one side cheats with impunity.
Impunity may not be a strong enough word. Unless things change, as the election grows closer, the folks with TDS will grow evermore desperate. Their hatred of Trump makes them irrational.
