LOS ANGELES — Meghan Markle announced this morning that she would be releasing a new show on Netflix to reveal the terrible difficulties she has faced dealing with Kate Middleton’s cancer diagnosis.
“I’ve had to deal with so, so much because of her having cancer. In many ways, it’s been way harder on me than on Kate,” explained Markle, wiping tears from her eyes. “Kate gets so much sympathy because she’s white and has cancer. I feel like I’m just living in her shadow, forgotten. Why does the internet not spend its days thinking of wild conspiracy theories about me, Meghan? Do you know how hard it is to have people thinking she’s dead and not me? It’s so painful.”
The four-episode special, set to air at the halfway mark of Princess Kate’s chemotherapy regimen, will do a deep dive into the stark loss of attention Markle has faced. “There are several emotionally devastating scenes we captured,” said director Samuel LaFleur. “There is one scene where a friend calls Meghan to ask how Kate is doing, but fails to ask how Meghan is doing. Meghan cries for about an hour and then punches a pillow while screaming ‘RACIST’. It’s so raw.”

As a general rule, no specific person, those whose real world is somewhat of a cocoon are ill equipped to deal with intrusions into their world. As I recall, the late Prince Phillip was determined that the present King not fall into that hole. Probably a worthy practice to apply to future generations for those expected to fill responsible positions.
He’s a combat veteran and was in the service for ten years; he went to the same schools as other British bluebloods prior to that. He wasn’t all that wrapped in a cocoon. The trouble was that he had occult character defects that his wife knew how to exploit. The late Queen and her sister were sheltered to a much greater degree. One turned out well, the other turned out to be a tetchy self-absorbed lush with loose morals (whose children, oddly enough, have lived much more orderly lives than the Queen’s children).

Art- yes and you would put the same weight on that as you would on his claim he killed 25 men in Afghanistan.
Can I ask what on earth are they going to do with his missus, if they deport Harry…? The British don’t want him. His own family can barely stand him. Maybe another Commonwealth nation can take him…Canada would suit him well. Just keep him out of Australia please.
What I find amusing is the day the media stuck into Kate about “the photo”, Meghan the opportunist decided to launch a lifestyle channel. Now Kate’s cancer diagnosis will put a halt to the opportunism (or will it), and there is no doubt the fickle media will turn on Meghan.
I wish Princess Kate well and hope she has strength during her cancer treatment. Its not easy.

She had the rank of the honorary second subaltern, service number 230873 She did not have the academic background that males would have had in her posisition. But then her father George VI was not educated in the same way the heir Edward VIII was. The princesses’ grandmother Queen Mary wanted the girls educated in a school but their mother Quess Elizabeth said she herself was taught by governess which was good enough for her granddaughters to make a good marriage. Princess Margaret was bitter about the lack o f education. She went off the rails when denied a marriage to a divorced man Peter Townsend. Ironically her niece Princess Anne was devorced and remarried In the Church of Scotland not in the Church of England. King Charles !!! and Qeen Camilla were married in a civil ceremony while his mother was still queen.
