I don’t think it was the open-mouthed squint that made him seem angry at the SoTU so much as the hysterical screaming tirade he was throwing.
Let us not forget that there is the remnants of a man inside there. A self centered, wrong thinking, dishonest man that needs prayer if he is to escape perdition.
When we pray for our deliverance from the wickedness of his actions, we are also compelled to pray that he not be permanently lost.
God is just. I would not for the world (or the Presidency, or Wales) want to be Joe Biden.
