PopeWatch: Dancing on John Paul II’s Grave

Much of what Pope Francis does is incomprehensible unless we assume that he has great hatred against virtually all of his predecessors.  Appointing a pro-abort to the Pontifical Academy for Life is a personal insult to John Paul II.

I would opine that dignifying a pro-abortion person with such a position is not only scandalous, but an outright mockery and an affront to God Himself.

I can’t remember where I read it (Catholic World Report?), but I saw an article that the PAL released a paper recommending a change in Church teaching on contraception.

As a Tolkien enthusiast, I have found similarity between Frances and Denethor, Steward of Gondor. One of the main flaws in Denethor is that he does not believe the king will ever return and turns to his own wisdom.

This supposed wisdom involves using a seeing stone to observe the actions of Sauron, Dark Lord. In a similar way, Frances seems to lean on earthly “wisdom” consulting those who are outside an even enemies to the Church.

It is worth mentioning that Denethor is the last Steward of Gondor before the king returns…

@Don L, at this point I’d go with “this entire papacy is an outright mockery and an affront to God Himself.”

To The Bruised Optimist’s point, Jorge the Heretic had better beware –> Matthew 21:33-41.

33 “Hear another parable. There was a householder who planted a vineyard, and set a hedge around it, and dug a wine press in it, and built a tower, and let it out to tenants, and went into another country. 34 When the season of fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the tenants, to get his fruit; 35 and the tenants took his servants and beat one, killed another, and stoned another. 36 Again he sent other servants, more than the first; and they did the same to them. 37 Afterward he sent his son to them, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’ 38 But when the tenants saw the son, they said to themselves, ‘This is the heir; come, let us kill him and have his inheritance.’ 39 And they took him and cast him out of the vineyard, and killed him. 40 When therefore the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those tenants?” 41 They said to him, “He will put those wretches to a miserable death, and let out the vineyard to other tenants who will give him the fruits in their seasons.”

He has rocks for brains. Infuriating. Change the title to The Pontifical Academy for Death and call it something which reflects your sinister agenda.

This woman would have had an abortion or two in her lifetime. All women her age who dedicate their lives advocating for women to have a right to slaughter their unborn babies in their womb have had an abortion or two.

“…backwards instead of forwards”. Classic one-dimensional Progressivism. The Vatican has become Flatland. Lord, make haste to save us.

I’m at Stage Five:

  1. Confused by his statements; try to understand behavior.
  2. Try to make excuses for.
  3. Conclude that even if he says something of value he’s like a broken clock -right twice a day by sheer luck.
  4. Ignore.
  5. Wonder if he is consciously trying to destroy the Church.

This lady is hard- core pro big government and anti-capitalist. Maybe that is more important for this Pope
