Martyr and model of holiness. A woman from Mediolanum (Milan), she was noted during the persecutions of Emperor Diocletian for giving aid and comfort to the Christian prisoners in the jails of the city. She also assisted in giving them decent burials after their executions. She died while praying at the tomb of Sts. Nabor and Felix. Feast day: January 30.
