Chester Never Looked Better

It is somewhat fitting.  Although he never served in combat, Arthur spent most of the War as a Brigadier General of New York state militia, and did quite an efficient job of housing and equipping the New York volunteer regiments that went off to War, earning bi-partisan plaudits for his tireless work on behalf of the war effort in New York state.

The blues singer known by the stage name Howlin Wolf was named after Chester Arthur. His real name was Chester Arthur Burnett.
