After all, she is victorious in all battles concerning her Son’s property, the children of God.
Well, of course they ended it! The celebration was terribly insensitive to the conquest-attracted Moors.
Of course, if we pushed back the Muslims every day, we wouldn’t need a special day to remember it.
Vatican II did not create the celebration. Vatican II ought not to have ended it. The celebration belongs to the people.
I wonder why //sarc.
It’s not as if we have any other feast days when we flogged the Muslims.
