The Science Was Settled

The six foot rule always struck me as something that sounded like it had been thought up by two High School girls to fight “cooties’.    The distancing was useless, the masks were useless, vaccinating kids was useless, this and other complete crap was rammed down our thoughts while the authorities sent Covid patients to nursing homes to infect our elderly population, the ones who were actually at risk of Covid.  In a time of hysteria, rest assured that what you are being spoonfed by the people in charge is  probably utter bovine droppings.

Tar and feathers for the Fauci.
Or,
Fickle finger of fate award.

He doesn’t care. He made some scratch out of it all.

The people who suffered at the hands of Covid-Karen’s… those are the people who should be financially benefiting from this lesson in bullying for the sake of our neighbors.

Triple Mask retardation is what the Karen’s developed.

People looked at me as I was nuts disobeying the so called science. As a lifetime pharmacist I could smell a money trail leading back to those who most likely to benefit financially. Plexiglass and masks were a total waste of time but it helped identify the woke fools among your colleagues. Nearly 3 years wasted and lots of lives lost or harmed by a needless vaccine. Pharmaceutical companies made out well and they are still trying to fool people with endless boosters

The distancing wasn’t useless, but it wasn’t precise. In England, it was one meter. Six feet was probably safer than one meter, which was probably safer than sharing a lollipop, but nothing was a guarantee either way. He sold likely good ideas as if they were guarantees, probably because he thought people were sheep, and by so doing he made sheepy people sheepier and distrustful people more distrustful.

I seem to remember having read somewhere that the 6-foot distancing rule was basically a one-meter, or 3-feet, distancing rule that had been suggested by the WHO or some other health organization, then doubled just to be extra careful.

Odd, how a fabricated standards of distancing and facemasks were so incessantly enforced everywhere by both the private sector and government and yet the most plausible source of the pathogen was a lab leak in the PRC research lab funded by the CDC where they failed to contain a weaponized gain of function virus. It is the hubris of an arsonist volunteer fireman.

“…while the authorities sent Covid patients to nursing homes to infect our elderly population,…”

FWIW, the major news item I heard about this was with Cuomo in New York state when he directed nursing homes to keep their residents. That was a tough call, yet one I think I would have made too. I recall hearing there was one ship available for assistance; it could only support half of those who needed aid. …I did not hear any suggestion of moving half of the needy elderly here, keeping the other half where they were. So, using the ship would’ve required deciding which half would live and which would be at (literally) grave risk. They would have faced lawsuits over THAT too. Certainly they went too far with other concerns in the same homes, yet keeping residents in the care of medical professionals was a legitimate move.

Business with requiring six feet between people and using masks was well over the top though. We knew masks would not protect anyone from anyone else; we knew the virus became impotent at three feet. …We knew the shot was a farce. Yet we had to wear the masks, stand at 6 feet, and get the shot, lest we lose our job.

shakes head That whole escapade certainly did not give me confidence in national leaders nor in corporate headquarters.

I’m not entirely sure the 6 feet apart is totally made up though. There was a movie out before Covid that was called 5 Feet Apart about two teens with Cystic Fibrosis. Love story of course. The six-feet rule was to keep the CF folks from sharing bacteria (not viruses).
.
Being six feet apart (and mask wearing) were big in the movie. It only applied to the CF kids though, and only if they were interacting with other CF patients.
.
Having said that, bacteria and viruses are not the same. I don’t think either six feet apart or mask wearing is helpful with a respiratory virus.

Colluding with the CCP to develop the virus, then knowing he was partially responsible for it’s development, he made up BS rules or worst for everyone to follow while ruining anyone who questioned the BS rules… .
Recently he’s held on to his job as long as he could to obfuscate.
The man belongs in jail.

John Flaherty-

In the NY NJ metro area, infected people were actually moved into nursing homes. People who had not been in those homes before, thus putting the most vulnerable at risk. Gross mismanagement, especially if you were believing all the Fauci camp was selling.

It should have been allowed to spread into the community with those at risk (elderly, immune-vulnerable etc…) kept from the general community and monitored. We should have treated it like the common flu. Governments KNEW this 6 months after when word spread there was some new virus in the community.

Covid is still around. Common sense is not.

“Being six feet apart (and mask wearing) were big in the movie. It only applied to the CF kids though, and only if they were interacting with other CF patients.”

I presume that’s because children with CF are particularly vulnerable to ANY kind of respiratory infection, since CF by itself causes excessive mucus buildup in the lungs that has to be constantly drained or controlled. Some CF patients take antibiotics continually as a preventative measure against infection.

The pandemic reminded me of being a less lethal version of the Wildfire incident in movie “The Andromeda Strain.” Biowarfare doesn’t need to be totally lethal to have an effect on an adversary. China’s uncooperative conduct has been suggestive of an opportunistic version of biowarfare. It got rid of Trump, who was a thorn in China’s side. Of course, all of this is speculation, but the panicked response of the world, with people at each other’s throats, and the shredding of civil rights and liberties, has exposed vulnerabilities to the effects of biowarfare. The pandemic could be considered to be a case study in low intensity biowarfare. It exposed the rot and corruption in the Western ruling class elites.

You had a hard time talking w your neighbors and realizing things that were going on either. They were suppressing people on social media and making you stay far enough apart you can’t chat either
