Of course, those two devices were not dropped indiscriminately. The targets were carefully chosen to have the specific effect of forcing surrender. Liberals simply ignore the meanings of words that contradict their narrative.
And the Japanese had war material plants scattered in both cities in the civilian population. We warned the civilians via leaflet drops days before we dropped the bombs to get out before it happened.
The use of an AlGorism might help….the deaths of millions of children due to abortion is an inconvenient truth in the world of reproductive health care.
Or call it collateral damage in the quest to be free.
Or call it what it truly is;
A Holocaust.
Hypocrisy and Liberalism. Like peas and carrots.
“Hypocrisy and Liberalism. Like peas and carrots.”
Good point, Philip. But apologies are due to peas and carrots, nevertheless. 😂
It is important to understand that Hirohito the god-emperor of Japan owned his people. When it became obvious that his aggression was ended Hirohito drafted every man, woman and child to fight the Americans. Hirohito told 10 and 12 year old children to use sticks and stones to fight the Americans. Having drafted all Japanese people to fight, there were no non-combatans in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. When the atomic bomb was detonated the Japanese were all soldiers fighting against the Americans.
Hirohito, the god-emperor owned his people.
Hitler owned his people; Nazi Youth Camps and the like. There is no similarity with which to compare the ownership of the people with freedom and the institution of government by the people. Government through the consent of the people is freedom.
Being owned by the government, the sovereign personhood of the citizen has no choice but to submit to the sovereignty of the king, monarch, emperor, chief and whatever these rulers do you must endorse, no choice about it.
Therefore, Hirohito made warriors of children in a war that had no virtue, no meaning and no purpose. Suicide was your choice if you failed.
Truth is freedom and freedom is truth.

Sorry.
Non-combatants
It is important to know also that the Americans defending freedom used the power of attorney of Hirohito and his soldiers to prosecute the war. Therefore, It was Hirohito and his soldiers who killed the Japanese.
The Japanese were given back their power of attorney in the Marshal Plan to rebuild Japan after the war.
