Chilling Read

Father Miceli passed away in 1991.  He was a traditional Jesuit:  brilliant and a champion of the Faith.  No wonder he was forced out of the New Jesuits in 1982.  His work on the anti-Christ is chilling and reads like a roadmap as to the current pontificate.

This perdition of a pontificate is not led by the Anti-Christ, but the falling away of most of the Church is a necessary precursor to the advent of the Anti-Christ.  I will leave to History the final word as to whether we are at that stage now.

There are only a handful of Jesuits I would trust. I’m surprised Fr Pacwa (my fav) is still in the order.
I had never heard of Miceli. Chilling indeed.

I had Fr. Miceli’s book for many years: well written. Another interesting take on Anti-Christ (from a Russian Orthodox perspective) is Soloviev’s “Three Conversations concerning War”, written just before 1900.

In my experience there are always a few good Jesuits around. I think it’s their system of obedience that prevents them from breaking through and reforming the order.

The great Apostasy is in progress, and without a doubt, expedited through this current pontificate. So be it. The saga continues and the fearless defend the Faith. Little by little, Fr. Miceli writes, the Church is moved from her true position. Wow. If that’s not self evident nothing is.

Please keep your Rosary devotion and strive for 4 a day. All major mysteries.

It is THE weapon and the great Saints affirm to its power.

I read this book last year. Until perhaps two-thirds of the way through it, you’d think it was written about the same time I read it. Only when he starts referencing the Soviet Union and other contemporaneous subjects does it become clear how old the book is.
