Apparently France is staging live action Bastille Days recreation every day. The pretext for these riots is the shooting to death of a 17 year old during a traffic stop, but in France little is needed to provoke a wave of rioting.

Is this because they’re raising the retirement age?
That was the excuse for the last round of riots.
These countries (Belgium in particular) have allow their countries to be extensively colonized by Arabs, Berbers, and Turks. The sheer numbers, the screens applied, and the legal and social matrix in which these Arabs, Berbers, and Turks live have generated a population which is not loyal to the host country and does not recognize the binding character of its laws. In Britain, you have the same issue, but it’s Pakistanis who are the main challenge. Note, it’s a reasonable supposition that France has the same problem as the United States – an elite who do not give a rip about the interests of the domestic wage earning population. They side with the foreigners every time.
What did they want to raise the retirement age to…. 28?
Positing sensible standards defining disability, France’s retirement age given the age distribution of its population should be around 70. I think it’s something on the order of 61.

Yes- France (and Belgium) have had this brewing for a long long time. And it’s multiplied because Muslims have lots of children. And westerners don’t. So you imagine that these rioters are not immigrants but the children and grandchildren whose parents immigrated. If you can’t instil a sense of National pride after the 1st or second born generation of children of immigrants then you have exactly what’s happening now with the riots. You don’t get this level of hostility form Christian immigrants. Muslims are loyal to their Faith above anything else.
And it’s multiplied because Muslims have lots of children.
Less than you’d think. High fertility rates are characteristic of Tropical Africa and parts of the Muslim world at large which are as poor as Tropical Africa. The World Bank has recalculated some figures and made an upward revision in the fertility rates of a number of countries. Still not striking. There are six countries with higher fertility rates than has Israel, between 3.0 ad 3.8 children per woman per lifetime. As far as I’m aware, none of them are large scale generators of migration to western Europe. (They are the Yemen, the West Bank and Gaza, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan). The last three are post-Soviet states which do not produce much in the way of Muslim revanchism, either. Pakistan has a tfr of 3.47; Egypt, the Arab world’s bellwether, 2.92; Algeria’s is 2.89; Libya’s, 2.46; Morocco, 2.33; Tunisia, 2.09; Turkey, 1.88. People who migrate to a more affluent country can be shown to produce more children for one generation. I believe the effect fades after that.
Note, Britain is an island. It’s not an insuperable challenge to control immigration. The British elite simply refuses to do so. A succession of ‘Conservative’ prime ministers have betrayed their electorate for 13 years, the current occupant most of all.
You’re just a wealth of good info Art deco. Thanks.
Well, since nobody took the bait, I will.
The French are Revolting
They certainly are!
