A crowd began to form around the courthouse statute as more and more bystanders stopped to watch Hunter toss plastic bags full of a white substance onto the scales. “Do these scales actually move?” they heard Hunter asking his Secret Service detail. Several witnesses began to ask questions before being shooed away by Secret Service agents who assured them “It’s baking soda. Mr. Biden needs to weigh some bags of baking soda. There’s nothing to see here. Move along, please.”

Go here to read the rest. Every Defendant in the Federal criminal justice system should now be demanding the Biden deal. On the tax charges this is the most generous deal I can recall to a tax defendant since 1951. Almost all defendants guilty of what Biden did, with 1.2 million of taxes evaded, would be lucky to walk away with felony convictions and only doing three to five years in prison. It could be far more time if the DOJ and the Judge decided to make him an example. Likewise on the gun charge, a felony conviction and three to five years in prison. The diversion program granted to Biden, by DOJ written guidelines, is not to be applicable in gun cases. These are not sentences, but rather part of the ongoing Biden cover up. Any Federal criminal defense attorney would think that he had died and gone to Defense Heaven, if he could get deals a fraction so generous for his client. Equal protection of the Law just went into the Biden corruption wood chipper.
There are countries where “unexplained wealth” of politicians is grounds for investigation and possible prosecution. Applies to family members also. Over here, the IRS is tasked with that chore when it looks like taxes are not paid. Obviously the Biden extended family, via Hunter, got a pass here.
So, finally, we get an example of what the leftist blabbermouths have been yelling about when they scream “White Privilege.”
