I believe that is a progressive attempt at a meme criticizing the male only priesthood.
I ran across this meme in the wild recently. I believe it was posted by one of the participants in the Outreach 2023 conference which just started. I don’t know why I’m fascinated by it, but I’ve been looking up the participants and I’m waiting for the videos that are bound to come from it.
