I understood that Jack Smith is a special prosecutor. I hadn’t realized he was also a comedian: “We have one set of laws in this country and they apply to everyone”
As for his indictment, it is 38 counts of drivel. It proceeds under the assumption that Trump did not declassify the documents in his possession. The problem for Comrade Prosecutor Smith is that the president’s power to declassify documents is absolute and there are no procedures binding upon a president as to how the declassification is to be carried out.
