Prior to 1970, those people resided in insane asylums and in state penitentiaries.
“Gender affirming care” is about as dishonest and sinful as “abortion is health care.”
These people who do genital mutiliation of teenagers and subsequent murder will not be stopped by elections and laws.
This goes on. Now the context.
Hospital administrators have a history of bouncing people from attending lists if they object to the Official Idea du jour. Medical school administrators and their professional associations are in the business of incorporating political patronage into medical school admissions (and you know that if you audited their hiring and retention practices, you’d also find the political commissars at work).
Did you catch Mr. Griffey’s tale of his family’s dealings in December 2021 and January 2022 with the GP who supposedly provides them with ‘medical care’? (Spoiler: they dealt with her answering machine; they never actually spoke to her on the phone, much less saw her in person).
What the last three years have taught us is that from top to bottom, the medical profession has ceased to be trustworthy.
We live in an era where reproductive health care kills a life, and it’s more than acceptable, it’s touted as being prudent. Pregnancies that are unwanted are treated as a disease. Abortion survivors are quickly and quietly put to death outside the womb.
We are living in a hell that is promulgated by insane lawmakers and politicians supported by a cast of millions who see nothing wrong with the atrocities taking place.
Yet we are called to love them.
Each one.
It can’t be done without The Grace of God.
