Chicago looks like a pure war zone ⚠️
If you were offered a job in Chicago today, would you accept it and move there?

Tucker Carlson on lawlessness in Chicago over the weekend: "What you're seeing instead is civilization unraveling. Unrestrained violence and destruction, effectively unchallenged by government authorities … If you let that continue, there will be nothing left standing." pic.twitter.com/SlHXsyAGTH

Chicago is beyond hope. All good people, whatever their color, need to get out as quickly as they can.

He looks like he’s about 15 years her junior.
Does this, by extension, also mean all good people should get out of the suburbs, or out of downstate Illinois, and maybe even NW Indiana, as quickly as they can? And what if they can’t?
My recommendation would be for people in red areas to stay where they are at in Illinois and begin agitating for a separation of Illinois into two states. Impossible now, perhaps not so impossible in the years to come. The new state should be named Land of Lincoln.

Absolutely agree. The next generation of my family all were born and still reside in Illinois, and will happily take part in such an effort. I would like to think that when one of them inherits the family home there, which my bride and I now own, it will be worth keeping.
Should also be noted that approx only about one third of registered voters went to the polls in the mayoral election.
Oh, don’t worry Donald. Blue cities have a tradition of getting votes, even if they’re not from voters!
We will have to end that tradition.
There are a number of state boundaries which are suboptimal due to changes in settlement patterns over the generations or do to explosive demographic growth. Either partition or conversion into confederations whose components go their own way on all but a few issues. Illinois and New York are glaring examples of the former, California and Texas are examples of the latter. Hawaii, Arizona, Nevada, Washington state, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, and Rhode Island are all candidates for some sort of resettlement.
Oregon and Minnesota as well as long as we’re naming names.
We are traveling from Michigan to Colorado. I asked my husband if it was possible to really avoid the Chicago area without adding several hours to the trip.
