The time he repeatedly hit the hand of the Chinese woman or the time he kept pulling his hand away from the people who wanted to kiss his hand.

That time he spoke out to all the world that our president was not a Christian bc he wanted to secure our border – wall. And the same time he doesn’t name Biden but only references his sins – .
And also the time when medical professionals were being silenced on Covid and access to early treatments and the danger of the vax, he created a video saying you are loving- act of charity- if you got the jab. And then printed a coin to commemorate it.

Yeah, good times

I remember when …

A few days after a huge mass grave of Christian ISIS victims was discovered in the Mosel valley, Francis said “The most serious of the evils that afflict the world these days are youth unemployment and the loneliness of the old.”

That time he promoted Juan Barros, a practicing homosexual who covered up the homosexual abuse of minors, as Bishop of Osorno Chile and claimed he had “not one single piece of evidence “about the involvement of Barros. Then, Francis’ blatant lie was exposed when Cardinal Sean O’Malley went public to say he had hand delivered to Francis a letter from one of the victims outlining Barros’ role in the victim’s own sexual abuse. Memo to self, the man cannot be trusted.

Ooh, so many silences to choose from. Let’s go with the time one of Satan’s most audacious minions left a private audience with the Pope and boasted to the world about how the Pope told him he was a good Catholic, and the Pope remained silent. Classic.

Pachamama. Worshipped on the once-holy ground of the Vatican itself, with this charlatan in attendance for much of the time. If I had any remaining doubts that the “Spirit” he keeps talking about is not the Holy Spirit, that took care of them. The entire property will need to be exorcised and re-consecrated by the next Catholic pope.

Oh! Right F07! That time Francis called Barros’ victims a bunch of gossiping liars, then was forced to remove Barros, but sent his lapdog Scicluna to “thoroughly investigate” the entire Chilean episcopacy. It took Scicluna only 3 months to submit a 2300 page report, which was never made public, implicating many of the Bishops that called for Barros’ resignation.

… Or that time it took Francis over 2 years to release a scant report on the Vatican file containing the horrific offenses of Uncle Ted McCarrick … Gotta wonder why one huge report took no time at all to compile while another took so long? Just one of those mysteries of life, I suppose.

The responses to the Archdiocese of Liverpool’s fawning tweet are overwhelmingly scathing and contemptuous. And spot-on.

I’m surprised the throne-sniffers in that chancery haven’t taken the whole thing down.

I suppose many prelates and their apologists in the media don’t really care what we Pew Meat think— but I sincerely hope that when the next conclave inevitably happens, the electors don’t vote for a Francis II. This one has been one too many.

The replies are concise, sometimes brutal.

I’m getting the impression the Archbishop and his camarilla live in a bubble world. They cannot read the room because they’re never in it.

I think the thing I remember is him saying it’s sinful to apply adjectives to people … like those rigid believers. Nothing says ‘do as I say, not as I do’ louder than that. And that has been a big issue I have with Pope Francis.

I think it will have to be his decision to shelve the title Vicar of Christ. Weathervane moment – you know the kind of moment when you realize you might want to be closer to the storm cellar than you are…

In 2013 he asked the altar server;
Why are your hands together? Are they stuck?
I believe that it was in 2013.

To me it seemed to be a strange joke for him to be saying to a possible new priest, but who am I to judge?
At the time we didn’t fully know to what extent his dislike for traditional practices were. We certainly know now. Hands together, fingers pointing upward. Obedience in the small things count. God deserves our best.
That’s why I haven’t stopped praying for him.

The “God of Surprises”, to which frequent reference has been made. Some surprises, which we could have done without. I would settle for the Catholic God. Opps, forgot there is no such thing.

His “breed like rabbits” comment hit me pretty hard, as NFP proponents are constantly verbally assaulted by the World this way. (My wife and I have 4 children, all planned.)

His promotion of George Floyd as a Saint, in lockstep with BLM insanity and all Police are bad.

The Pope mandating the covid vaccine (for the Vatican) and participating in the green pass scheme, even though all have ties to abortion either through development or testing, and often both. The CDF had previously stated that vaccines (and presumably any treatment) with ties to abortion could not be mandated/coerced due to the ties to abortion.

(Many bishops would go on to follow his lead, even to the point of telling priests not to assist with any kind of religious exemption paperwork.)
