PopeWatch: Master

The Pope attempts to raise a dichotomy where there is none:

[13] You call me Master, and Lord; and you say well, for so I am. [14] If then I being your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; you also ought to wash one another’s feet. [15] For I have given you an example, that as I have done to you, so you do also.

John 13: 13-15

Yes, a broken clock can be right twice a day. Yes, a blind squirrel can find a nut… but neither are reliable guides. Ignore them.

I believe in what the Church has always Taught.
There can be no fault in that. Even if I ignore a Pope and Cardinals.

How much cancer is healthy? I wouldn’t let him guest lecture at Sunday school. The good news is that all the sheep have been warned. He only remains influential with the wolves.

I’ll be honestly, I am not entirely sure what he is trying to say.
