Roe is Dead and the March for Life Lives

We do not pretend to know how our political system or
society will respond to today’s decision overruling Roe and
Casey. And even if we could foresee what will happen, we
would have no authority to let that knowledge influence our
decision. We can only do our job, which is to interpret the
law, apply longstanding principles of stare decisis, and de

cide this case accordingly.

We therefore hold that the Constitution does not confer a
right to abortion. Roe and Casey must be overruled, and the
authority to regulate abortion must be returned to the peo

ple and their elected representatives.

Fifty years after the handing down of the Roe v. Wade decision, it is one with Dred Scott v. Sanford and other dreadful decisions of the Supreme Court.  In the teeth of their adversaries controlling the media, Hollywood, academia and almost all the levers of power in our society the champions of the unborn won.  The battle shifts to the States, but I have no doubt of the ultimate victory of a movement that could keep its dedication and fire and passion over a half century.  Take a bow my fellow pro-lifers, it is well earned.

My parents deserve the praise.
There commitment to Life had the deep impact in my heart, and once that I broke free from my life of slavery, living in mortal sin, I came to appreciate their convictions.

Roe v. Wade never bore the burden of proof that the newly begotten living soul is not a sovereign person. Dredd Scott too, was never proved to be less than a sovereign person.
“their Creator” of the Declaration of Independence creates all men equal in sovereign personhood. Sovereign personhood is infused in the living soul through the image and likeness of the Supreme Sovereign Being, God, Himself.
The state does not give life, nor sovereign personhood. The state may not deny life nor sovereign personhood, except in cases of homicide in the first degree, the killer brings himself to Justice and is executed through his own power of attorney.
Blackmun, Brennan, Pelosi, Schumer will all die according to the path they chose in life. They chose their path with their God given free will.
The slaughter of innocence in the womb must be stopped and Justice must prevail.

More thoughts on Roe:
Roe v. Wade is an encroachment on the power of Congress to make no law concerning the establishment of religion.
All citizens and especially the Justices of the Supreme Court are constituents of our government. As citizens the Justices are represented by our Congress. Our Congress has the authentic authority to make no law concerning the establishment of religion.
The word “overreach” is often used to describe the violation of our Declaration of Independence “their Creator”of living souls created, not born, equal, our Constitutional Posterity in the Preamble, all fututre generations and our First Amendment that Congress shall make no law concerning the establishment of religion. This in particular is an encroachment on the power of Congress not assigned to the Supreme Court.
“(T)heir Creator” infused an immortal living soul into the ovum and sperm bringing forth a one celled human being with free will, reason and sovereign personhood made in the image of The Infinite Supreme Sovereign Being.
Government does not endow sovereign personhood, free will nor reason, nor intellect; nor talent, not even personality.
“Personality” is often confused with “personhood”. While a newly begotten individual human being may not be able to express himself, he continues to grow and worships his “Creator” by his very existence as do animals and rocks; as does the universe.
Both Albert Einstein and Charles Darwin believed the universe to be infinite without beginning and without end. The universe, they believed gave rise, generation, to the human being which begs the questions: How can the universe exist in infinity without a “Creator”? How can the universe give rise to free will? How can the universe give rise to man who worships his
“Creator” through his freedom? How can the universe give life to man who then can choose to worship his “Creator” or the universe?
If some believe that the universe is infinite why the trouble about climate change, Malthusian end of the world hysteria? These beliefs are contradictions.
Worshipping his “Creator”, man exercises his free will and constitutes government. A government instituted to serve man.
Statesmen and Patriots serve man through government.
Abortion murders a living human being, statesman and patriot, who is murdered by politicians.
