A strong man, with physical strength being only one element in his makeup, comes in real handy for the travails of a family in this veil of tears. When they are gone their descendants remember them with love, humor and affection and often wish they were still around in times of need. Such men rarely appear as prominent players on the pages of History, but like loving mothers they are the building blocks of any civilization.
