Go here to read the article. There is no Catholic teaching the gang currently in charge at the Vatican would not betray. PopeWatch hopes that Paglia is an atheist rather than a satanist.
PopeWatch: Contraception
Donald R. McClarey
Cradle Catholic. Active in the pro-life movement since 1973. Father of three, one in Heaven, and happily married for 41 years. Small town lawyer and amateur historian. Former president of the board of directors of the local crisis pregnancy center for a decade.
“PopeWatch hopes that Paglia is an atheist rather than a satanist.”
In promoting NFP or what I prefer to call fertility awareness with periodic abstinence (the N confuses things), I was dumbfounded by the few number of celibates willing to support the periodic abstinence of NFP when so much damage is done by widespread contraception – abortion, acceptance of homosexual acts, breakdown of the family, fornication…
Until the scandals forced me to realize the obvious.
These men who were contra-contraception were neither heterosexual nor celibate. Either that or they (not in power) were mostly timid. Only then could they be admitted into the lavender club.
Paglia is a homosexual. Not timid and a chief in the lavender club.
You hope he’s an atheist, rather than a. satanist? Not much of a difference in my humble opinion.
Mike Mutzle, a health/ fitness YouTuber, has jumped in the anti-hormonal birth control bandwagon. He has noted it harms the environment and may contribute to family breakdown due to the subtle ways these drugs act on the female endocrine system, and therefore the brain.
Change is possible..
What next?
How about coveting your neighbors wife? Or having false Gods? Or how about murdering the unborn.
Oh.
Sorry.
I’m too late..some things have changed.
Changes are possible indeed.
St. Peter; “Name please…”
Monseigneur Paglia.
St. Peter; Ahh very good. A brother of the Lord. Are you ready?
Paglia; Ready! Hell yes I’m ready.
St. Peter; “Good answer.” “Next.”
Paglia; Aaahhhhhhhhhh…nooooooo.noo.no.nooo stop stop stop…ahhh…
Many reformers of the Church have deep convictions. Very dark and very deep. Core of the earth deep.
Jesus Christ. The same yesterday, today and forever. Some things never change. Thank God for He is Our Salvation.
How about coveting your neighbors wife?
An old Jewish joke. Moses running down from Mount Sinai. “Boys I have good news and bad news. The good news is I got Him down from 15-10. The bad news is that adultery is still one of the ten.”
If the commandments were put to popular vote they would always have the codicil: “Except when it is me.” God knows us far better than we know ourselves and that is why the Commandments exist.
I’m surprised there hasn’t been a class action lawsuit against pharmaceutical companies and doctors over contraceptive devices. The hormone shifting chemical contraceptive pills have been linked to cancer and infertility and yet are still widely prescribed. However, saw this article recently and can see this becoming more common in the future. The likes of class action lawsuits against Big Pharma has the potential to rival the fall out from tobacco companies. That’s the hope:

Today’s approach to infidelity;
Just follow your conscience Bob.
Yesterday’s approach was just too rigid.
Just read degreed theologians from the Pontifical Academy for Life (rather for Death) commenting on the use of “artificial contraception”. What twisted lies. The word “artificial” has nothing to do with it. Contra-ception means in plain English an against-the-beginning action done to have sexual relations.
To say that someone abstaining during a fertile time is committing “natural contraception” is a worm tongue lie.
The PILL is polluting our ground water. Government has not yet figured out how to remove the estrogen from our drinking water. The estrogen has caused salamanders and frogs in Minnesota to grow a fifth leg out of their abdomen.
The Pontifical Academies need to communicate better since climate change and stewardship of the environment are clashing rather badly. Pacamama dislikes estrogen in her drinking water and Mother Nature is not fooled.
The PILL has done its worst since too many women are no longer feminine, too many men are no longer masculine.
Reverence for one another in the marriage bond is destroyed by the PILL.
Pope Paul VI’s HUMANAE VITAE explains it all.
Mary what you say is fact. If it’s polluting our groundwater, what is it doing to women’s health?
