I Think There Is A Term For This Type Of Activity By the Government and Private Business
Donald R. McClarey

Our religious freedom, under attack as we speak, is a huge target. Gun’s, personal wealth and ownership of land. All in the crosshairs.

Naivete be my middle name.
Of course they were. Facebook was created to monitor private citizens. It’s an open secret.
I use Instagram (owned by Facebook). There’s double standards everywhere. Megan Fox posted the most vile image with her psychopathic boyfriend dressed as a Priest which she called Sunday Communion. I won’t link to it. It unapologetically mocks our Holy Faith in the most vile manner. It was not censored by Meta. She received terrible backlash in her comments by many including non-religious people who had the good conscience to understand how disgusting she is. Yet Kanye West makes one comment about Jews in high places and he was instantly punished and cancelled.
Elon Musk just fired the lady responsible for suppressing Hunter Biden laptop story on Twitter platform. That’s too much power in one persons hand and that definitely had an impact on truth telling during a Presidential race. Social Media is not ultimately about “connecting people”. Use them wisely.
Meanwhile, the rigging of the midterms proceeds more or less apace with 2020, at least in PA and MI. Can they fabricate enough votes to save Fetterman and Whitmer? They’re surely going to try. Here’s hoping the TRO and injunction suits are written up and ready to file.

What’s odd about this is that the politics of the tech industry 25 years ago was typified by the Electronic Frontier Foundation – vaguely libertarian to the extent it had any politics at all. What happened to turn tech companies into leftoid madrassas?
This is another indication, in case we needed one, that federal law enforcement needs to be scatted among a half dozen departments and the remit of individual agencies truncated.

It wasn’t and it’s not.
Elon Musk did the country a bigger favor than anyone realizes. Hopefully he will not now get sucked up in the government/big tech whirlpool of lying, coverup and misinformation.
I’d like to see alternatives to Twitter, Facebook, and PayPal take off, rather than having a single point vulnerable to failure. Another troublesome outfit is Amazon, especially Amazon Web Services.
It wasn’t and it’s not.

Ezabelle, do you fancy the Winkelvoss brothers were up to that? How about the company which produced MySpace? How about the other low traffic alternatives to Facebook?
Zuckerberg founded Facebook. He was sued by the Winklevoss twins for stealing ConnectU idea to create Facebook.
I said in a recent comment that 90% of what the Fed gov does is unconstitutional.
Case in point which Article gives Congress or the executive power/authority to define and act against citizens’ speech or unelected bureaucrats’ and tech tyrants’ fake definitions of disinformation and hate speech?

My point was that there were and have been multiple parties producing social media systems. We’re they all government agents? Or was only the 21 year old Zuckerberg a government agent?
You can answer that question.
Big data exists and it’s purpose is to mine and store people’s data for an end game. If you want to call it a “government agent” go for it. I worked on an office fitout for a company called Ambiata, which is a Big Data firm owned by an insurance company IAG which operates in Aust, NZ and Singapore. All young tech geeks- a dozen of them in the company. The first thing my project leader told me when he briefed me on the project was that they were a “Big Data” company and he rolled his eyes and said “don’t know how legal that is”. I would bet that if there were a Royal Commission into privacy and citizens data security those outfits would be on the report and so would government bodies who engaged them. I’ll stand by that and eat my words if I’m wrong.
I’m not saying don’t use Social Media (I use it). However know what you are using and use it wisely. Anytime you post something, rest assured your content is stored and used. On all platforms.
