The fascinating thing about Biden is that throughout his career he has been a serial liar on easy to check factual matters and has also managed to mouth the most blatant lies consistently with absolute conviction. In his current mental state I doubt if he can discern the difference between fact and fantasy. An ability to comprehend reality should be a requirement of having control of a nuclear arsenal.

I presume he was enthusiastic about adolescence and hair fragrances back then….but then again, could just be his onset dementia.
