Reagan, God rest his soul, was always a master of using a hostile media to get his message out in spite of them, reducing the frustrated newsies into mere spear carriers in the great American drama he was starring in. Kari Lake has that same sort of rare ability. A politician with this skill, to this degree, comes along once in a generation if that. Keep your eyes on the Lioness. She is going places far beyond the statehouse in Arizona.
It’s good to see more aggressive and articulate conservative candidates rise up.
One thing I would take some issue with her is that what is happening here in California is not just bad for those of us who live here. It’s bad for the country as a whole. California is what?, the seventh largest economy in the world? How does turning the world’s largest economy into a third world dumpster fire not have a devastating ripple effect across the country as a whole? I wish more conservatives would bear that in mind when they talk about California.
Unlike Reagan, she won’t screw over her state by legalizing abortion, supporting amnesty, and enacting gun control legislation.
Bussy, even if Reagan had vetoed that abortion bill, the democrat controlled legislature would have overridden it. They had more than enough votes and stated their intention to do so.

I so agree about this lady. I know little about her, just have heard her speak a few times, and there is no doubt, she has it. What has happened to our political class, they are not articulate, not courageous, not actually conservative, so they are weak as tea. There’s no fire in the belly, and no desire to call out the Dems in a real way! They talk around issues and hardly get to the point. Kari Lake is fantastic at hitting verbal targets with laser focus, and disarms the media by citing facts directly and calling them out. I say this very, very rarely, if she keeps going, she’s presidential material in a few years, but I hope she has no ambition, because as a rule, it ruins them all. Fight your fights lady, do good for your state and our country, and let the future take care of itself. Be smart, Arizona, latch onto this lady and don’t let her go.
