Someone needs to tell him the Ortegas attend the TLM.

That’s barely a comment let alone a supportive one. The clergy are “open” and “sincere” and yet are getting persecuted for it.
Exactly right, Ezabelle. He can’t even bring himself to call on the Ortega regime to stop persecuting the Church (and thus Christ.) All he can muster is his usual weak-kneed whimpering about “dialogue” and “peaceful co-existence.” That latter, of course, means he is essentially telling the clergy who are the subjects of Ortega’s hatred to stop criticizing the government. What a useless excuse for a Vicar of Christ he is.
