Sign of decline, indeed. How does one whose brain is so full of mush even become a noncom in today’s Army, let alone a Sergeant? That’s a rhetorical question, of course. It’s obviously because the standards for advancement have become detached from anything recognizable as contributing to military effectiveness.

PS, the skipper of the USS Scranton (a Los Angeles class fast attack) just got $h1t canned because of a loss of confidence in his leadership capability. That happened 8 months after he was appointed Captain back in Nov 21. It keeps on geting better & better.
