The Episcopal Church took this road already. Now many, if not most, Episcopal parishes have more funerals than they have baptisms. That’s where we are headed, and quickly, barring Divine intervention.
I weep for the Church. Of course God wins in the end. But it likely won’t happen while I am still in this vale of tears.
But then A. Cordileone just ordained as deacon a man from the sodomite affirming parish whose public persona leaves much to be desired, shall we say. So where oh where are the totally faithful and true and holy shepherds?
Fake pope. Fake priests. What do you expect?
Are the American Catholic bishops agents of a foreign government?
All Catholic bishops are approved, appointed, assigned, promoted, removed and retired by the head of the Vatican City State…and only by him. All of this done via the Vatican Nuncio to the USA.
So, should the bishops be required to register as such agents? Hmmmm.
Of course not.
