I wonder what the jurisdictional rules would be in your average red state for prosecuting the corporation and forcing these monsters to appear individually to answer criminal sex abuse charges? Heck, even if the defendants got off, the message would be sent. I bet a good prosecutor could build an impressive indictment and boost his or her political fortunes in the process of bringing a case to trial.

@Frank, I won’t go into too much details about prosecutors can do, but I think just getting a few warrants and shutting down the Walt Disney World parks for a week (or two) to investigate things would be almost punishment enough.
