I don’t know if the place was evacuated first or not, but I’m’ not sure she was there prior to the bomb. Yeah, she has what looks like some blood smeared on the side of her face, and no makeup, but aside from that is clean. That doesn’t happen when an explosion/collapse/earthquake hits a building and does that kind of damage. Do a google image search for survivors of a bombed building or a partial collapse.
