Injustice in America

The maxim is that we are a government of laws not men.  Never forget that judges are men and women, and that all too many of them allow their personal biases to have free reign when making sentencing decisions.  All too often we are ruled by the people who say what the law is and how it will be applied.

The blue states and cities are leading this nation to the status of a totalitarian banana republic faster than I ever imagined possible. There is a breaking point and we are very close to it, I fear.
Tp paraphrase Ronaldus Magnus…”There I go again.” 🙁

Gooder And Harder.

The 6 Jan big lie is intended to serve two purposes – both losing propositions outside the commie echo chamber.

One, to distract from those Chicom puppets’ massive catastrophes, e.g., inflation and china virus reign of terrort.

Two, a failing attempt to shut down the next election – like they did 2020.

Succinct wisdom in about 25 words or less: “Never forget that judges are men and women, and that all too many of them allow their personal biases to have free reign when making sentencing decisions. All too often we are ruled by the people who say what the law is and how it will be applied.” – D.McClarey

As if on cue, Queen’s Bench New Brunswick Judge Nathalie Godbout (love that name: she goes by “God” for short) this past week denied an unvaccinated father from visitation rights to his 3 children in a divorce proceeding, claiming his failure to be vaccinated endangered the health of the children (one of the children is in fact in treatment for non-cancerous tumors in the child’s blood vessels).

From the report at TheBlaze.com, “The father alleged to have done “research” on the COVID-19 vaccines. The dad had a hesitancy to the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine because of his questions about safety and efficacy. The father’s argument was dismissed by the judge.”
But wait for it, wait for it: Hear these gems of “judicial reasoning;”

“His own anecdotal research on such a highly specialized topic carries little to no weight in the overall analysis when measured against the sound medical advice of our public health officials,” Godbout writes in the 26-page court ruling.

Godbout added, “It is no contest: the current science in the face of a highly contagious virus far outweighs Mr. F.’s layman wait-and-see approach.”

Give me Bearded Spock, over this judge (and many in US or Canada just like her), or give me death.

“As if on cue, Queen’s Bench New Brunswick Judge Nathalie Godbout (love that name: she goes by “God” for short)…”

Unreal.
Parental rights be damned.
This false God, Nathalie, is a sick individual.
My guess is that playing God most of her life has lead her into a blindness that paralyzes common sense.
I’m praying for the Dad.
I can’t imagine his angst and anger.

Many just play with those scales of Justice as though they were children with a toy.
