This country is in the very best of hands.
Did Joe Biden just go 8 for 10 in showing warning signs for dementia?
What do you think? pic.twitter.com/zEZe3N7ZUF— Brick Suit (@Brick_Suit) January 27, 2022
81,000,000 votes my aunt Fanny. Even using the Census data, that isn’t possible
Howie Carr called the stolen 2020 election “the flu d’état.”
Biden’s condition was known before the election but a number of voters thought the country could ride it out, so great was their disdain for Trump. Will this lesson stick? Probably not.
I don’t see or hear Joe Biden anymore.
I see and hear the weak minded and coldhearted neighbors who went beyond the threshold of a free society. I see and hear a pathetic party who choose to cheat and twist their way to a false victory in 2020.
I see and hear gollums who treasure power at any price and will call it precious even to their own demise.
Joe Biden is a husk only.
The soiled and rotting fruit under the husk is what I see when Joe is lead around like a lost puppy.
I don’t understand why the Replublican Party don’t go hard on the fact this man is not fit to lead. Surely there is legislation somewhere which states if members of the ruling government or members of the opposition believe the sitting president is not medically fit then he must be forced to prove his fitness with medical documentation by unbiased independent medical assessment and step aside if he is deemed unfit for the job. How are they getting away with this in plain sight?
The only applicable law is the 25th amendment to the Constitution, one of the more poorly constructed parts of the Constitution:
Section 4
Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.
You are not going to get Harris and a majority of the Cabinet officers to say that Biden is unfit unless he is in a coma, and maybe not even then.
Ezabelle.
Personally I believe that it suits the Republican party to have the elderly memory care patient around to help win seats in the Red wave to come.
And what would Harris do if the old horse was going to the Elmer’s glue factory? Harris as President?
The only applicable law is the 25th amendment to the Constitution, one of the more poorly constructed parts of the Constitution:
Note, it took 48 years for Congress to get ’round to addressing the Edith Wilson situation, and when they do they construct a scheme that works only if the incumbent is willing to acknowledge the problem, which the Wilsons were not. (By some accounts, they despised the VP of the day).
The other problem is the presidential succession law, which is the issue of men concerned first and foremost with protocol and pecking order. The next in line after the VP is the Speaker of the House. If you scan the occupants of that position over the last 80 years, you’ll discover three who had held something resembling an executive position. Between them, they held the speaker’s chair for 11 of the last 80-odd years. They’d run small businesses and likely hadn’t had more than 10 people working under them, btw. The one in the line up after that is the President pro tem of the Senate, a position which by custom is allocated to the member of the majority caucus with the most seniority. Persons under 70 have held the position for 6 of the last 80 years; persons over 90 have held it for 10 of the last 80 years.

Did you catch this? Over 85 years, we’ve had a federal agency devoted to cancer research. Over that time, specific protocols have been developed to treat cancers at every conceivable site. Each year, there’s a small reduction in the attrition rate facing cancer sufferers. That adds up over time, so that nowadays most diagnosed with neoplastic diseases survive them. The ‘President’ or someone in his comms operation, fancies cancer is a single ailment and if we throw huge sums of money at the problem, we will ‘cure’ it.
I’m sure the Republican Party along with the VP, Speaker of the House and all the collective bureaucrats are loving the show that is- Joe Bidens mental incoherence. All at the expense of their citizens. But, that’s politics for you.
if we throw huge sums of money at the problem, we will ‘cure’ it.*
People in other countries besides the United States of America get cancer too. Governments other than the US government pour money into cancer research too. Other countries besides the US government have found improvements in cancer treatment too. Just saying.
