Go here to read the rest. Rivera was a whole twenty-two years old when he was murdered answering a domestic call. The demonization of cops by the Left is reaping a bloody harvest. The idea that any society can exist without an organization that carries out the function of cops is a complete fantasy pushed by a small group of fools and a large group of knaves. All Republican politicians should be running on this issue this year. This evil madness must be defeated at the polls.
Ofc. Rivera’s widow (married less than a year) spoke at St. Patrick’s Cathedral and took a swipe at Manhattan’s new Soros-funded anti-prosecutor. Good for her! And good for the local television station that showed the comment on the evening news.
I don’t know about my browser: the first thing I saw was Axelrod’s tweet. The news about Ms. Rivera’s comment didn’t become visible until after I had posted. Sorry
