Red Wave Election Becomes Red Wedding Election

Facing an election wipeout this year, 81 year old Nancy Pelosi obligingly agrees to be the botoxed face of the Democrat party.  Very sporting of her.

Would that the accurate political ad would air all OCT through NOV election Day. “For the children” But not all children. Not the children in utero. Especially not black children, the majority of whom will never draw a breath because of you and your sponsors, Nancy.

CAM…you beat me to the punch.
For the Children?
In the last clip she reminds me of another prominent Catholic politician who has no qualms about receiving the Holy Eurchrist at Mass while pushing an agenda against children.

Now with her ….loss of thought….
She and Joe could bunk together in the nearest memory care unit.
They could mumble to each other and flash their fake smiles at each other. How pleasant it will be.

She’s the oldest person to ever hold the office of speaker. The speaker, the majority leader, and the majority whip were all born in 1939 / 40. The majority whip has been on public payrolls without interruption since 1965 – schoolteacher, state patronage employee, legislator. The speaker has, since 1963, been on the payroll of legislative bodies and political organizations except when she was at home with her kids. The majority leader practiced law on and off for about 15 years, but not at any time in the last 40 years.

Not quite four years ago, Louise Slaughter abruptly dropped dead at the age of 88. She was in the early stages of her re-election campaign, seeking a 17th term. It’s hard for an ordinary person to guess what motivates these people. Congress is unproductive, political discourse is repulsive, she was vested for a satisfactory pension in 2007, and her husband had his retirement income from 30+ years working at Kodak. And, of course, Social Security and Medicare were available to them both. They had a mess of grandchildren. She stayed in Congress even as her husband was expiring from cancer in 2014.

Considering Nancy’s age, it might be to her benefit to concern herself with what comes after her exalted position on this earth. I am given to understand that it is not a matter of how well she can con an electorate.

@Art.
“It’s hard for an ordinary person to guess what motivates these people.”

No kidding.
Could it be an extreme case of self deception? They believe that they are superior to all or most everyone else.
A superman deception.
That many years as a “public” servant just might tweak the noodle to an unrecognizable point. A creature who has lost her ability to conduct an examination of conscience because it would be a waste of time. She perfect in her little world, and has many to lick her boots.
The Phillipines had a woman like that once..remembering Mrs. Marcos.

Donald Link.

Oh. She won’t die.
No. She will probably seek cryogenics and freeze her little botox head until she can come back to reanimation and “serve” future generations. A Frankenancy…
