This was the turnout for this year’s March for Life.

Wow. Where was this? That’s amazing.
Washington, DC, Friday Jan 21. Our local parishes cancelled buses due to covid (don’t get me started), so I drove down with my family. Crowd might have been a little smaller than past years, but it was hard to tell from ground level. I heard Students for Life estimated 150,000 which seems about right.
Gotta love the DC Police van parked in such a way to be rock in the stream.
I will never forget the time the media reported that the March for Life numbers were way down… solely based on the testimony of one police officer who said that the attendees were pretty old and probably didn’t want to brave the cold anymore. The story was even published 6AM the day of the march, before any crowds could have been counted.
