The Biden Admin and many state healthcare agencies are deliberately denying people who have a lighter skin color life saving treatment—based on nothing but skin color—not medical need. This is pure evil. The last I knew, these type discussions were taking place in my state.

Older wise white man telling stupid black fellas what’s good for them.

And he’s locked out the rest of the country from Western Australia.

The worst type of politician anyone could ask for.

There are dialects of “pidgin English” actually used in New Guinea, but I’m not aware of any in Australia.

Australian Indigenous culture is not one standard language or tradition. Before the British settled Australia, Australia was divided into many Nations. Hence why the Indigenous Aboriginal community are referred to as First Nations people.

There are over 250 languages and 800 dialects amongst First Nations people.

Mark McGowan was translating English into English. There is no Aboriginal Pidgin English in Australian
Aboriginal Community. Mark McGowan is a patronising fool. He is the butt of jokes about the way he has locked his State down. His press conferences is basically “which other State of Australia can I insult today”. He thinks WA is a country unto itself. He’ll get his day.

I had a history teacher decades ago who insisted to us we use the term ‘nation’ and ‘Native American’ in lieu of ‘Indian tribe’. He was actually a capable instructor and a pleasant man. He was also on the Town Democratic committee in Chili, NY. and an admirer of Bp. Gumbleton of Detroit.

In the states at the time, the mean population of a federally recognized tribe was around 8,300 persons. The largest roll in New York was the Seneca’s. There were about 4,300 on the Seneca roll, about 1,700 on the Mohawk roll, and three digit populations on the other rolls bar the Poospatucks, which had about 50. When you get to numbers that small, especially among a population which had in 1607 no concept of immovable private property, you’re not talking about a nation. You’re talking about an extended family, i.e. a tribe. When your average aboriginal language has a population of 3,200 speakers, you’ve got a tribe.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander population as of to 2020 is around 850,000. Call them tribes or what you want, they didn’t all speak the same language. Nor did they live the same- some lived off the ocean and others off the land depending on their geographical location. They also had their own way to rule themselves. I’m not trying to be woke, but that’s how they lived and their language is the only way they can keep their culture alive. So this stunt by McGowan is woeful.

I was confirmed by Gumbleton in 1980.
