The aggressive (nay, vicious) promotion of the descendants of the John Money and his damaged clientele pretty much wreck anyone’s sense that there’s a limit to lunacy. I’m still skeptical that the promotion of paedophilia will be the cause of tomorrow. The spectre of the sexual violation of children has been part of the tool-kit used by social workers, mental health tradesmen, feminist word merchants, and lawfare artists for their own self-aggrandizement. I don’t think they’re going to willingly part with it and I don’t think the gay lobby has much interest in the welfare of paedophiles. Guys who go after pre-pubescent children are not fabulous. If the gay lobby has another sub rosa object, it’s to persuade prosecutors to stop bringing charges against homosexuals guilty of violating adolescents (much the same way obscenity laws were effectively repealed). What they need is a set of excuses and tropes which would induce prosecutors to ignore pederasty and it’s lesbian equivalent while continuing to wail on the high school track coach who seduces one of the young women on his team. They’re not there yet.

The question of course is what that professional help looks like.
Today I would say that the children need to be aware of the predators since the psychological help for the ill individuals will do nothing to stop their patients from targeting the young.
If the pedophile is hurt by the stigma that the word signifies then work to get help. Don’t seek to rebrand the disorder to lessen the shame.
Seek the best methods for overcoming the impulse. Prayers are so misunderstood by secularists…but then again…where would all the money go if big pharma and psychologist had less patients because of prayer?
For them it’s better to laugh off prayer…
