Clearly, the murderer believes in capital punishment, the death penalty, as he has inflicted capital punishment, the death penalty on his victim.
RETRIBUTION AS THE ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF THE SUPREME SOVEREIGN BEING INDWELLING IN EVERY IMMORTAL, HUMAN SOUL AS THE BLESSED TRINITY.
The indwelling of the Blessed Trinity in every immortal human soul is the tribute to which God, the Supreme Sovereign Being is due by all creation, every person and every being in existence.
Retribution is the satisfaction of the tribute due to almighty God.
Only God knows the evil imposed by the murderer on his victim. Only God in the Sacrament of Penance can restore His image and likeness in a person’s immortal human soul, both victim and perpetrator of homicide.
“Vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord.” Only God, our “Creator” in His infinite and intimate knowledge of every man can know the vengeance required to restore Justice to the sovereign individual victim person.
Revenge is man’s honest attempt at restoring the social order and Justice to a broken victim whose Divine indwelling of the Blessed Trinity has been sacrilegeously denied to him and to the social order, of all men, heaven’s first protocol.
Is that Bullwinkle catching him?
