Lying Juror 52
Donald R. McClarey
Cradle Catholic. Active in the pro-life movement since 1973. Father of three, one in Heaven, and happily married for 41 years. Small town lawyer and amateur historian. Former president of the board of directors of the local crisis pregnancy center for a decade.
We are very close to having an official say “laws and impartiality don’t matter, because this is a matter of racial justice.”
I do wish I could feel that the Injustice system had only one biased juror as its problems. Trust in the present construct is fairly well gone.
The clerks who do appellate judges’ work for them are going to have to pull some all-nighters to manufacture excuses for their boss to not repair this.
I’ll be repetitive and point out that this BLM jerk (I’ll wager) only stylistically different from the other jurors.
You should see the rubbish which comes over our Facebook wall. The worst offender as we speak is a high school English teacher. The previous worst offender is a retired (academic) librarian. I’m not talking about people you are at odds with on normative or metaphysical questions. I’m talking about people who cannot assess factual information in any sensible way. The English teacher in question is a shirt-tail relative employed by the Duval County (Florida) schools. Recently heard from him was a denunciation of Brett Kavanaugh; the obvious question there is why would you give any weight to an accusation by a person (with the staff of Bezos and Sulzberger providing the leg work) who cannot provide evidence that she’d ever met either of the men she’s accused and whose story was contradicted by every other person supposedly present? You will never get an honest answer out of him. That’s the bourgeoisie in our time.
