The domestic press is failing in its responsibility, and its fact checkers who were like vultures with the Trump Administration are now no where to be seen.
With an earlier post someone was upset about very mild mocking of Biden’s failed stair jog. Robert Barnes made the point on one of his episodes that satire and mimes are effective campaign tools.
With a dishonest broadcast media and shifting of information gathering to social media; mocking may be an effective means of resistance.
The media only recognizes one responsibility: to further their masters political goals. This has been easy to see for at least 20 years and blinding obvious for the last four. But once you start looking into the history of journalism it becomes plausible that it’s been like this for over a century; they just used to be better at hiding it.
